Shipping within Pakistan

  • All domestic orders are delivered via Leopards Courier.
  • Each outfit is made-to-order and requires 7–10 working daysfor preparation.
  • Once dispatched, delivery takes 2–3 working days.
  • Shipping charges within Pakistan will be calculated at checkout and communicated before dispatch.

International Shipping

  • International orders are shipped via DHL Express.
  • Order preparation requires 7–10 working days.
  • Once dispatched, delivery takes 4–7 working days, depending on the destination.
  • Shipping charges vary based on the destination, order size, and weight.
  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees(if applicable in your country) are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment Policy

  • At present, we only accept Bank Transfers.
  • Cash on Delivery is not available.
  • Orders will be processed once proof of payment is shared with our team.

Returns & Exchanges

  • As all outfits are made-to-order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the order has been confirmed and processed.
  • In the rare case of a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hoursof receiving your order at info@zymarahstudios.com.
  • Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging. After review, we will offer a replacement or credit note as applicable.
